MediID provides a comprehensive Medical ID solution for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, facilitating quick access to critical medical information in emergency situations.

In the event of a medical emergency, first responders can rely on MediID to display essential health details. Accessible via Widgets or the Apple Watch app, responders can review medical conditions, medication lists, allergies, reactions, emergency contacts, and more.

The application offers several key features:

• Medical ID: Organizes your personal health information for easy retrieval. Users can view medical conditions, allergies, medications, and emergency contacts through multiple in-app and widget interfaces.
• Widgets & Control Center: Enables users to display vital medical data prominently on the Home or Lock Screen. Widgets are customizable with various layouts to suit individual preferences. Additionally, users can activate an emergency siren directly from widgets or Control Center by adding relevant toggles.
• Apple Watch Compatibility: The app is optimized for Apple Watch, allowing users to access their medical details or activate the siren directly from their wrist without unlocking the device.
• Medical Siren: An emergency alarm feature designed to attract attention in urgent situations. It can be activated via a prominent SOS button within the app, from widgets, or Apple Watch complications. The siren remains active until manually stopped or when first responders arrive.
• Complications: Enables display of medical information directly on Apple Watch faces for quick access and sharing with first responders. Tapping the complication reveals detailed health data.
• Live Activities: Shows real-time updates and notifications linked to active sirens or full medical ID details during emergencies.
• Emergency Contacts: Allows seamless calling of pre-saved emergency contacts through the app, widgets, or complications with a single tap.
• Customization: Offers extensive options to personalize widget and complication appearances, including icon choices such as Star of Life or medical Cross. Users can select from four different siren sounds for various alert scenarios.
• Translation: Supports translation of medical conditions, medications, and allergies for travel abroad.
• Security & Storage: Stores all medical data securely within the user’s private iCloud account using Keychain encryption. Data remains confined to the device ecosystem with no external transmission.
• Synchronization: Integrates seamlessly with other MediApps—MediWidget, MediWear, and MediSOS—allowing data consistency across platforms through shared Keychain synchronization. This enables unified management of health information across multiple apps.
